At the Saint Paul Port Authority, we are dedicated to enhancing our community through innovative projects to increase jobs and tax base, drive sustainable and equitable development, and promote river commerce. With four public river terminals, 17 inland business centers, and state-wide economic development authority, we oversee a diverse portfolio and are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and execute multiple complex projects focused on harbor management and land redevelopment.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the scope, schedule, budget, consultants, and contractors for various projects, including marine infrastructure improvements, brownfield remediation, and commercial/industrial land redevelopment. This role involves managing all aspects of project execution from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will stand out as a candidate and be successful in this role by demonstrating that you are a self-starter and natural problem solver with a high level of technical and social intelligence, who can build and maintain key stakeholder relationships and navigate challenging situations effectively. You must be organized, accountable and adaptive, with the ability to execute efficient project delivery. You must possess a strong desire to carry out the Port Authority’s mission and work collaboratively with diverse project teams and external partners.
